We cut to your specification, vacuum seal to keep those juices in, then blast freeze to preserve the meat. Then it’s packaged in an insulated cooler with dry ice or ice packs. And if that weren’t enough, we put all of it in a box labeled Perishable, and ship directly to you.
Once you receive your package of deliciousness, be sure to put it in the fridge for safe thawing or freeze up to three months.

Monday-Wednesday to ensure arrival prior to the weekend.
Orders received by 5 pm will ship the next day or Monday depending on receipt of order.
You’ll have a tracking number, and FedEx will deliver with no signature required.
